We are now looking for a proactive candidate to take on the post of DevOps Engineer due to our continued worldwide development.

Responsabilities

  • Deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing production systems to guarantee high availability, performance, and security is part of the job description.
  • Create, deploy, and maintain production systems.
  • Problem-solving and system troubleshooting across platforms and application domains.
  • For automation system components, develop and enable continuous integration/continuous deployment.
  • Enforce data classification-compliant security best practices.
  • Continually improve the production environment by driving process improvements and designing automation advancements.


Person Requirements 

  • 4+ years of experience in a comparable job in a software development team.
  • Experience with Azure or Amazon Web Services
  • Hashicorp is a multinational corporation based in Japan (Terraform, Consul, Key Vault)
  • Understand the deployment stack: Jenkins, Octopus, Azure DevOps, GitOps CI/CD: PHP, Java, React,.Net core, Node JS (Argo)
  • Dockers (creating images, working with the registry), Kubernetes (AWS, AWS), Helm Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana (Create, modify dashboards)
  • Elastic, OpenStack logging
  • Bash is a scripting language.
  • For all types of applications, infrastructure includes clustering, high availability, and automatic failover.
  • HAProxy, Nginx, Terraform or Ansible experience, Kubernetes and Docker solid Automation/configuration management experience is a plus.
  • Strong Bash/Python scripting and automation expertise are required.
  • Fluent in Linux administration (Ubuntu/RedHat), as well as service setups such as Nginx, PHP-fpm, and others.
  • Problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to analyze and manage complex infrastructure resource and application deployment challenges, are required.
  • Skills in Object-Oriented Programming.
  • PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB database management expertise are required.
  • Administration experience with version control systems such as Git/SVN.
  • Network topologies and popular network protocols are well-understood.
  • Experience with development (Java,.Net, or C++) is a significant bonus.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
