Responsabilities
- Provide customer service by phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist clients with their requests, customer service, and back-office activities.
- Provide assistance to the Account Managers.
- Ensure that all client requests are handled in a timely and error-free manner.
- Provide excellent customer service both throughout the account opening process and during the trading account's lifetime.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- At a high level, they draft, monitor, and complete daily reports as well as responsibilities allocated to them by the Head of Department or Management.
Person Requirements
- Previous experience working in a customer service role will be considered advantageous. Previous experience working in the Forex sector will be considered advantageous.
- Business proficiency in Japanese Excellent oral and written English communication abilities Excellent telephone and email communication skills Good time management and prioritization skills
- Capable of paying close attention to details and diagnosing and resolving issues
- Taking the initiative to uncover fresh solutions to old questions
